Debra Baker is managing editor of the Telecom Intelligence Group, a division of Access Intelligence that includes the Web site www.Telecomweb.com; daily e-letter TelecomWeb news break; e-letters focusing on wired and wireless communications, and telecom policy; the InfoTracks group; TelecomTactics; and Tarifica in the U.K.
Debra previously was managing editor of the commnow.com group of publications for Washington, D.C.-based consulting firm The Strategis Group; she was Washington reporter for RCR; she served as wireless publications director for BIA Consulting in Chantilly, Va.; she was editor of Telocator (now PCIA) magazine; and she was instrumental in launching Cellular Business magazine (now Wireless Review) for Intertec Publishing in Overland Park, Kan.
Debra also is a fellow of the Radio Club of America, and she chairs the Publications and the Centennial committees for the club.
